Conditions
Reserved tickets that have not been paid for 15 minutes before the performance may be released for sale to other customers.

Discounts
In the interests of fairness and accessibility, Wyeside endeavours to keep all ticket prices as low as possible.
Cinema tickets are priced at £6.50 (full) or £5.50 (concessions). Concessions are available for 18s & under, for full time students, the over 60s, registered unemployed, disabled patrons and their companions. Proof of age/status may be required.
‘Advance’ prices for live shows allow all patrons who pay for their tickets before the day of the show to benefit from a concessionary discount of £2.
On selected live shows, Wyeside offers a free ‘18s & under’ ticket with every ticket paid for – so look out for the logo! Our ‘live for five’ commitment to young people also ensures that, wherever possible, Wyeside promoted shows will not cost more than £5 for those aged 18 & under.
Support workers with proof of status who are accompanying disabled customers are entitled to a free ticket.
Group bookings are eligible for one free ticket with every ticket bought. Schools and education groups are also eligible for an additional free ticket for teachers with every ten children.
