Like other arts venues in Powys, Wyeside relies on funding from Powys County Council and the Arts Council of Wales. While we are very grateful for their support, it is not enough to keep Wyeside open.

WYESIDE NEEDS YOUR HELP, URGENTLY!

If you live in Powys please write to your local Councillor.

Say you are writing to them as your local councillor
Explain that you are concerned about the amount of ‘core revenue' funding Wyeside receives from PCC
Point out that 'core revenue' funding hasn't increased at all since 2003
Explain why Wyeside is especially important to you
Ask your Councillor if they share your concerns about Wyeside's future and what they plan to do about it.
