Your support is needed
to keep the Arts Centre Open
!

Patrons: Sir Arnold Wesker and Mr Ben Elton

Wyeside Arts Centre provides access to artistic, entertaining and educational services of significant breadth and quality for the people of Powys and beyond.

However, despite considerable achievements under extremely challenging financial conditions our vibrant, inclusive, popular, award-winning arts centre faces a real threat of permanent closure due to a chronic lack of funding.

The extraordinary support for our 'Save Wyeside Arts Centre' campaign has already made a significant impact. We are grateful to Powys County Council and the Arts Council of Wales for not reducing or withdrawing their current levels of funding altogether. However this still leaves Wyeside facing a significant shortfall.

As a matter of urgency we need your help to stay open for at least another year. Your investment will enable us to seek sustainable and equitable funding from both public and private agencies committed to supporting successful arts centres like Wyeside.

PLEASE show your support for this precious arts centre which, for the last 30 years, has had such far-reaching, enriching effects on the cultural, social, artistic, educational, and economic lives of countless thousands of people in Mid Wales and beyond.
