Get involved in the Cinema, Live music and Arts!

Wyeside Arts Centre is looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic trustee (aged 18-29) to join our board. Help us engage with your peers!

Get involved with no previous experience needed, the important thing is enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference to arts provision within your local community. New trustees will be supported through an induction programme, training about trustee roles and responsibilities and you will have a mentor to support you too.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Help shape the creative direction of Wyeside

  • Champion our work and ensure the voices of young people are heard when we make our decisions

What you’ll gain:

  • Hands on experience in governance and how the charity sector works

  • Confidence and network building

  • Mentoring to support you in your role as a trustee

The trustee position is a voluntary and unpaid position, it will give you valuable skills and experience and look great on your CV.
