Box Office Assistant/Projectionist
Wyeside is currently looking for a Box Office Assistant and Projectionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will need to have great communication skills, be a team player, have a friendly persona, be able to follow instruction, have a flexible approach to their working hours, stay calm under pressure and have a great sense of humour!
The hours on offer are:
Every Tuesday, Box Office Assistant (approx. 2hr shift 6-8pm*)
Every Wednesday, Box Office Assistant (approx. 2hr shift 6-8pm*)
Every Thursday, Box Office Assistant (approx. 2hr shift 6-8pm*)
Alternate Sundays, Projectionist (approx. 6hr shift*) Please note that hours increase during school holiday times and to accommodate matinee screenings.
The minimum age requirement for this role is 18.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
You will be required to attend quarterly Box Office/Volunteers meeting (usually on a Monday evening). These are paid at your normal hourly rate.

Every Saturday (approx. 4hr shift 3:30 – 7:30pm*)
Every Sunday (approx. 4hr shift 3:30 – 7:30pm*) Please note that hours increase during school holiday times and to accommodate matinee screenings.

Volunteering
Our volunteers play a vital role in the continuing success of Wyeside. Our volunteers help us in a number of ways - whether ushering for live events and films, working on our bars, or helping to publicise and market Wyeside & our 1,400 presentations each year.
