Wyeside Arts Centre has successfully secured funding from the Arts Council of Wales to replace our projection equipment. We are seeking tenders from companies with the relevant experience to supply and install the projection equipment.

Wyeside is a two screen venue. All works and invoices must be completed by: 20th February 2026

Scope of Works:

Supply and fit projection equipment for two screens.

Equipment Required:

• Christie CP2409 RBe - 2K - 0.69" chip Laser projector. 9000 Lumens. No Lens -

• No Server. Optional Touch Panel x 2

• Christie Touch Panel Controller x 2

• 2.09-3.9 .69"DLPCine Zoom – Christie Lens x 2

• Christie IMB-S4, Server with 3 x 2TB storage x 2

• Dolby CP950 Cinema Audio processor that supports Dolby 5.1 and 7.1 surround. HDMI Input x 2

• HMXL42ARC-KIT - 4x2 HDBaseT™ CSC AV Matrix Kit - 70m (4K60Hz 4:4:4 up to 40m), Web-GUI. Supplied with 2x RX70CS HDBaseT™ Receivers x 2

• All necessary cables and looms to make ready.

• Extended warranties on the projectors and servers – 10 years Enhanced

• Installation and making ready of all of the above

• Removal of all previous projection equipment not in use.

We are a small cinema operating 6 days a week – Monday’s we are closed and mostly open just in the evenings on Tuesday so hoping to have a timescale of works that provides the minimum disruption to our program.
