Wyeside Arts Centre has successfully secured funding from the Arts Council of Wales to replace our projection equipment. We are seeking tenders from companies with the relevant experience to supply and install the projection equipment.

Wyeside is currently a two screen venue. All works and invoices must be completed by: 22 February 2027

Scope of Works:

Supply and fit projection equipment for the Wyeside Gallery Studio.

Equipment Required:

• 1 SHARP NC624 DC Laser Projector incl. IMS3000. Compact DC projector, 2K, screens up to 10,6m (1,8 gain), incl. Dolby IMS3-N-NB-H1TB Media Server

• 1 MN CVM-46 Overhead Mount for NEC 603L Projector

• 1 Sound Rack

• 1 Dolby CP950 Cinema Audio processor

• 2 MAG AQ-3000 Analog cinema amplifier

• 3 MAG SUR-800 Cinema surround speaker

• 1 MAG F-SUB-4 Cinema subwoofer

• 6 MAG SUR-C6-8 Cinema surround speaker

• 3 MAG L800H U-Bracket for SUR-800

• 1 MAG LLS L-Sub & F-Sub mounting bracket

• 6 MAG L6C SUR-6C wall mount bracket

• 1 Infra Red Hard of Hearing / Audio Description System

• All required Cables and Connectors

• Delivery, Installation and Commissioning

We are a small cinema operating 6 days a week – Monday’s we are closed and mostly open just in the evenings on Tuesday so hoping to have a timescale of works that provides the minimum disruption to our program.
