House Rules
Respecting the facilities
Out of courtesy to performers and other customers we ask that mobile devices be switched off during all events and screenings.
Only food purchased from Wyeside is permitted in the venue. Customers who bring outside food, will be asked to leave this in the box office until they leave.
Please do not put feet on the seats or allow small children to jump on the seats.
Please be quiet during screenings, customers causing a disturbance will be asked to leave.
No recording of events in Wyeside is permitted. In some cases this is a criminal offence and may incur a fine.
Abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff and volunteers will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol and/or sale of tickets for certificated shows if adequate proof of age is not presented.
Management reserves the right to amend or cancel the advertised programme. We advise all customers to refer to the website as the most up-to-date source of information.
Latecomers may be asked to wait until intermission before being allowed entry to a Live Performance.
If customers experience an issue during an event (for example disturbance from another customer, difficulty hearing, etc) we ask that they seek out a member of staff before the end of the event, as we often cannot address these issues once an event has concluded.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 & over)
